Resident Community Manager - Lead Leasing, Staff & Budgets

The Michaels Organization in the United States (Illinois) is seeking a Community Manager to oversee on-site property management, leasing, budgeting, and staff supervision across assigned communities.
You'll lead daily operations, ensure compliance with HUD and tax credit programs when applicable, coordinate maintenance, tenant relations, and reporting, and drive initiatives to maintain a safe, well-maintained, and financially healthy property.
