Member Experience & Engagement Lead

YMCA of Portsmouth is seeking a part-time Member Services Associate to deliver excellent service to members, guests and program participants. You will respond to member needs, promote memberships and programs, and maintain a clean, organized facility.
This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and sales skills. You will handle membership sales and renewals, assist with program registrations, and provide administrative support while upholding YMCA standards and safety policies.
