Senior FF&E Interior Designer

Kelly Wearstler is seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and self-driven Senior FF&E Interior Designer to join our award-winning studio. Our work spans luxury hospitality, private residential estates, and high-end restaurants. You'll join a highly creative, fast-paced environment where design excellence and innovation are paramount.
Responsibilities

Lead high-end FF&E design projects across hospitality and residential sectors.
Oversee and guide design teams, managing client relationships and full project scopes.
Direct sourcing, custom design, specification, and procurement.
Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and construction administration.
Ensure design excellence from concept through installation; mentor and develop junior and mid-level team members.
Requirements

8–10 years leading high-end FF&E design projects.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
High-level project management skills; California construction administration experience preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Enscape are a plus).
Salary range: $110K – $130K annually.
