Editor — Speculative Fiction & Author Care

Penguin Random House's Del Rey imprint seeks an Editor to acquire 10–12 titles annually, focusing on commercial genre fiction with a speculative edge. You will shape each title from acquisition through publication, collaborating with design, production, and marketing teams to realize a crafted vision.
The Editor will be the primary contact for authors, providing dedicated care and managing development from concept to copy and packaging, while cultivating a diverse list for the marketplace.
