Women's Outerwear Designer — Concept to Production, NYC

24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced outerwear designer in New York City to develop women's outerwear concepts and drive them from concept to production handoff. You will work closely with the merchant and technical designer to manage development timelines and ensure alignment across teams.
The role requires hands-on experience with flat sketches, tech packs, fabric choices, and hardware, plus a strong understanding of outerwear construction. This is a dynamic, small-team environment in NYC.
