Creator Partner Manager

Owning a large portfolio of mid-sized creators, the remote Creator Partner Manager will manage high volumes of incoming requests, build long-term relationships, and support key moments in creators' businesses while ensuring a seamless experience on the platform.
Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse group of mid-sized creators, overseeing their overall experience
Handle a high volume of requests related to shop setup, orders, and memberships while maintaining context on each creator's needs
Transform requests into meaningful relationships by remembering past interactions and following up to ensure creators feel valued

Required qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in customer support, customer success, account management, or a similar role
Proven ability to manage a high-volume queue in a ticketing environment, preferably with Zendesk
Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse portfolio of creators effectively
