2nd Shift Production Supervisor — Lead & Improve

Pregis LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee the Converting production area. You will supervise daily operations, plan schedules, allocate work, and ensure safety and efficiency. Strong leadership and lean manufacturing understanding are essential.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive experience, 2+ years in management, and an associate degree is preferred. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and plant safety.
