Senior Federal Proposal Strategist

OCT Consulting seeks a Senior Proposal Manager in McLean, VA to lead and coordinate proposal development for Federal government opportunities. You will work with business development, senior leaders, SMEs, and clients to craft compelling, compliant responses and manage cradle-to-grave proposal efforts.
The role requires 2–4 days onsite weekly, and you will need strong writing, team leadership, and experience with RFP/RFQ processes to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
