Customer Order Specialist (Onsite)

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Customer Service Order Administrator to work onsite in Cedar Rapids. The role handles basic customer service and billing tasks, gathers order details, and interfaces with customers on product status and delivery.
You will process orders, validate information, and support shipping and invoicing activities. The position requires a HS diploma or equivalent with about 4 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; SAP experience is a plus.
