Brand Experience Leader — Retail Store Coach

Victoria’s Secret & Co. seeks a PINK Manager to lead customer and brand experiences in higher volume stores. You’ll direct visuals, storytelling, and selling behaviors while coaching PINK Supervisors and Associates to hit brand goals. Reports to Store Manager.
Ideal candidate has 3+ years of retail leadership, flexibility for nights/weekends, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed to support the customer and store operations.
