2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Lead Manufacturing Team

Aggressive Hydraulics is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:00pm–1:00am) to lead Saw, Machining, Welding, and Assembly teams in Cedar, MN. You will drive production, quality, and safety, remove bottlenecks, mentor staff, and ensure on-time delivery of work orders while upholding prints and BOMs.
This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, forklift operation, and communication skills.
