About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing sales team. In this client-facing role, youll generate new business, develop strong relationships with commercial clients, and provide customized insurance solutions to protect their operations. This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to build a solid book of business backed by a supportive team.
What Youll Do:

Prospect, develop, and secure new commercial insurance accounts through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
Analyze client risks and insurance needs; recommend appropriate coverage and carrier solutions
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and underwriting teams for seamless client onboarding and servicing
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools
Provide continuous support and risk guidance to existing clients
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Stay current with industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory changes
Represent One Insurance Services at networking events and professional gatherings
Qualifications for Success:

Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related role
Strong working knowledge of commercial lines products, including property, liability, workers comp, auto, and E&O
Proven ability to meet or surpass sales goals
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Ability to connect with business owners and decision-makers across diverse industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems (AMS360 or EPIC preferred)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
