To oversee video production operations in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Video Production Lead will manage projects from concept to delivery, coordinating talent and logistics while ensuring compliance and efficiency across multiple campaigns.
Key responsibilities
Own video production projects end to end, managing scope, budget, and schedule from brief through final delivery
Lead pre-production activities including casting, locations, crew, permits, and logistics to ensure readiness for shoot days
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout a project, representing creative priorities from kickoff to wrap
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of managing shoots from concept through delivery
Experience negotiating and managing vendor/production contracts and talent usage agreements
An existing network of production partners, agencies, and freelancers
Working knowledge of the production and post-production process, including standard editing and motion tools
Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance production processes
