Strategic Armor Marketing Lead

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Sr. Offering Management Specialist to drive adoption of Spectra’s ballistic materials among armor manufacturers and to lead regional NPD initiatives.
You will collaborate with R&D, marketing, and operations to align product performance with market demands and the company’s strategic objectives. The role requires leadership and strategic oversight to identify opportunities, manage partnerships, and develop new armor business.
