Contract Writer for Theological Book

To develop a theologically grounded book on praying Scripture, the contract writer will work remotely on a per-project basis, focusing on researching, outlining, and writing a full-length manuscript while collaborating closely with the editorial team to ensure theological alignment.
Key responsibilities

Research, outline, and write a manuscript of approximately 45,000-75,000 words
Collaborate with the editorial team through multiple rounds of revision
Ensure the content aligns with the company's doctrinal commitments

Required qualifications

Mid-level writing experience, particularly in theological or spiritual topics
Demonstrated ability to articulate a clear target audience and purpose for the book
Experience in writing full-length manuscripts or comparable projects
Knowledge of Scripture and its application in prayer practices
Previous publishing or writing experience is preferred
