Senior Motion Designer role in New York focused on turning static brand systems into motion-ready assets for campaigns and product storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Lead motion design and end-to-end execution for brand campaigns, regional brokerage promotions, and national marketing initiatives.
- Own projects from concept through storyboarding and style frames, delivering final animation, rendering, and compositing.
- Create scalable motion systems, including dynamic video templates and customizable social assets for agent and brokerage marketing.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Producers, and product teams to translate new feature releases and software tools into story-driven product launch videos and animations.
- Apply advanced typography, timing, transitions, and animation craft to maintain visual excellence and keep the brand aesthetic current.
- Deliver polished work in a high-volume, collaborative environment with rapid execution and strong brand consistency.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of motion design experience with a portfolio covering brand campaigns, sizzle reels, and product launches.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clean files, build dynamic templates, and develop scalable motion systems.
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects (animation, compositing, templates).
- Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro (editing).
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (UI/UX manipulation).
- Strong editorial pacing, composition, typography, and execution of visual brand standards.
- Ability to pitch motion concepts clearly and partner effectively with non-technical collaborators and clients.
- Comfort managing multiple active briefs and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Compensation
- Base pay: USD 90,000 - 103,000 per year (varies based on experience and skills).
- Bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs) may be included in the total package.
