Sr Visual Designer I

Desired Skills and Experience
Must Haves:

Assist in visual design strategy and execution for complex programs (working cross functionally with designer, tech writers, product managers, etc)

Translate customer insights, analytics, and feedback into scalable design solutions and reusable design system components.

Strong knowledge/usage of accessibility standards (WCAG) and create consistent design guidelines, patterns, and reusable assets.

Conduct competitive analyses, reviews, and research to identify evolving customer needs and industry (legal tech) trends.

Comfortable using AI tools for design work, as well as using AI in day-to-day productivity (Claude-CoWork, ChatGPT, Figma Make, etc) - designing for AI, using AI

Plusses:

Financial or Medical industry experience

AI exposure/experience
