Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact between clients and the client services team, ensuring brand strategies are understood and implemented
Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders while overseeing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Provide leadership and guidance to the client services team, ensuring quality control and timely project delivery
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Pharma agency experience is required
Brand launch experience is required
7+ years of client services experience within a high-volume advertising agency
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
