Account Coordinator, Fashion & Lifestyle

AZIONE, an award-winning agency, seeks an experienced candidate to join as an Account Coordinator across our Fashion and Lifestyle/CPG division. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting media relations, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, and working in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of post-graduate public relations experience. Experience working with innovative startups is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationships & Growth
Act as a client contact and have a strong grasp of the tactical execution of day-to-day account activity
Attend all calls with client and in-person meetings alongside senior team leadership, circulating call notes and agendas pre-and-post meetings
Attend 1:1 influencer / talent appointments for in-store visits with clients
Schedule, plan and participate in meetings internally and externally
Strategic Thinking
Daily pitching across client priorities to consistently secure lifestyle features, podcasts, product placement and trend stories to articulate marketplace differentiation and reach key stakeholders
Research and identify the curation of appropriate editorial and brand partnership targets and opportunities for client projects
Build and maintain editorial lists and format google documents
Assists in the development of integrated PR campaigns to ensure client objectives are achieved and expectations are exceeded under the supervision of senior team leadership
Collaborate with account teams to ensure that editorial targets, messaging, and materials are in line with client's overall strategy, brand messaging and aesthetic
Assist in drafting pitches with AE / SAE / AM / AD oversight
Support the implementation of brand partnerships
Draft client agendas, action items, monthly status reports and event recap reports ensuring all touchpoints are free of discrepancies and fully updated with latest client deliverables
Helps maintain weekly and monthly recaps for all team projects with JAE / SAE / AM oversight as needed
Maintain and organize client library of assets (images, fact sheets, press materials, lookbooks, influencer lists etc.)
Support account teams in managing in-bound client requests and vetting media opportunities.
Manage the logistics surrounding mailers, seedings, and events, including but not limited to car service, supplies, shipping, messengering, printing materials, RSVP lists, on-site staffing, and more
Excellence in Delivery
Conduct media outreach and facilitate timely interview opportunities / sendouts, sample requests via shipping and/or messengers, and high-res image requests
Consistently secure steady rhythm of proactive editorial, partnership, and event integration opportunities
Maintains and continuously grows network of powerful "turnkey" media, brand partners, and influencer relationships
Stays apprised of new technologies and business trends, affiliate platforms, social media trends, and more, assessing brand relevance and strategic use
Continuously stays up-to-date on best practices relating to reporting to underscore qualitative and quantitative ROI and impact of executed campaigns
Monitor and keep abreast of industry news and trends, sharing insights and news within the team
Anticipate and proactively offer solutions to account leads for issues specific to assigned clients/initiatives
Manage and contribute to agency database of editorial relationships
Clipping, reporting, scanning, and influencer and celebrity monitoring
Draft pitches, plans and creative briefs
Show proactivity, resourcefulness and tenacity in problem solving.

Encourages a positive collaboration and synergy between the PR + Digital teams

Assist in managing interns as assigned.
Requirements:

1+ years of post-graduate experience in PR
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mindset
Must be located in New York City
Our NYC team operates on a hybrid office schedule
