Strategic Proposal Coordinator

Summit Line Construction, headquartered in Heber City, Utah, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the Estimating department with bids across projects company-wide. You will organize proposal documents, track deadlines, and ensure deliverables meet formatting and content standards.
This role reports to the Estimating team and may work from Heber, Provo, or Draper after a 6-month training period in Heber, with 1-2 days weekly on site.
