Media & Content Creation Intern

Elite Africa Football Academy (EAFA) is a U.S. registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through football, education, and leadership development across Africa. We combine elite football training with quality education and mentorship to create opportunities for young people.
Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Media Intern to help tell the EAFA story. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sports, storytelling, photography, videography, and social media.
Responsibilities

Capture photos and videos during academy activities
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube
Design graphics using Canva or Adobe tools
Assist in producing documentaries and promotional videos
Help manage EAFA\'s social media channels
Write captions and short articles
Support fundraising and marketing campaigns
Maintain an organized media library
Requirements

Student or recent graduate in:
Journalism
Communications
Film Production
Digital Marketing
Graphic Design
Or a related field
Basic knowledge of:
CapCut or Premiere Pro
Photoshop (preferred)
Photography/Videography
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
Passion for youth development and football
Nice to Have

Drone photography
Motion graphics
Experience managing social media accounts
Sports photography
Build a professional portfolio
Networking with international partners

Nairobi, Kenya (depending on availability)
