GTM AI & Marketing Operations Lead

Unity Technologies is seeking a Senior GTM Operations Manager to lead both the creation of agentic AI systems and hands-on Marketing Operations. You will design, build, and deploy AI agents for Campaign/CMM, Integrated Marketing, and Social, while owning lead routing, scoring, and reporting within Eloqua and Salesforce.
You will partner with stakeholders, ship end-to-end solutions, and maintain playbooks for scalable MOPS/LOPS workflows, collaborating with IT and Sales Ops on Salesforce changes
