Proposals Lead — Writing, Coordination & Strategy

Granite Construction is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to oversee and coordinate preparation of proposals assigned to win submissions. You will align with internal and external partners to present Granite in the best possible light.
The role requires five years of professional experience in technical writing or proposal prep, a Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications/journalism or similar, and strong MS Office skills. Travel is required; ability to work independently or in a team.
