CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Email & SMS)

ALICE + OLIVIA is seeking a CRM Specialist to execute and optimize our Email and SMS CRM strategy across Klaviyo and Attentive. You will analyze data, segment audiences, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
The role reports to the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing and requires hands-on work with first-party data and CDP tools, with a passion for personalized customer experiences.
