Robinhood is seeking a customer experience specialist to help our users with equities trading, margin, and options via phone, email, and chat. You’ll act as the voice of the customer and drive improvements to make interactions smoother.
Based in Chicago, Denver, or Westlake, TX, you will participate in onboarding with in-person attendance for the initial 10 weeks, then at least 3 days per week. Strong FINRA licenses and customer service skills are essential.
