Dutch Customer Advisor (Remote) – Fashion Brand

Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting a Dutch Customer Advisor for a Global Casualwear Brand, in a fully remote role based in Greece. You will be the first Dutch-speaking contact across online and offline touchpoints, handling enquiries, product guidance, returns and exchanges with warmth.
Requirements include native/fluent Dutch and EU work rights; prior customer service or retail experience; strong communication and CRM skills.
