Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

HOSTIE Vacation Rentals is hiring a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator.
We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated marketing professional to join our team and help continue growing the HOSTIE brand. This is a unique opportunity to combine content creation, digital marketing, branding, and hospitality in a flexible, mostly remote role.
Location: Mostly remote (must live within commuting distance of Round Top, Texas)
Schedule: 15–20 hours per week with a flexible schedule to support work-life balance.
Compensation: Starting at $35/hour, with higher compensation available for the right candidate based on experience and skill set.
Responsibilities include:
Managing our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
Creating and maintaining a content calendar
Developing social media content, Reels, Stories, blogs, and email marketing campaigns
Creating and managing Meta advertising campaigns
Assisting with website updates and SEO
Visiting our vacation rental properties to capture photo and video content
Planning and assisting with quarterly professional photo and video shoots
Coordinating with photographers, videographers, and other creative partners
Monitoring social media engagement and responding to comments and messages
Bringing fresh marketing ideas to help strengthen the HOSTIE brand
The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience with Canva, Meta Ads, email marketing, SEO, and content creation is preferred. Graphic design experience, including advertisements, brochures, publications, and other marketing materials, is a plus.
