The Role
This is not a behind-the-desk social media job. The Digital Content Producer is the camera, the engine of WWR's digital presence, and the bridge between our legacy radio brands and the audiences living on new platforms.
The DCP will spend their days on camera and behind the lens: running man-on-the-street interviews, capturing live event energy, jumping on trends, and turning our on-air personalities into digital stars. They’ll edit fast, we value speed and consistency over perfection.
Reporting to the Director of New Media, you\'ll own the growth, engagement, and monetization of social pages across every WWR brand.
What Success Looks Like
· Audience growth : followers and subscribers climbing across our pages,
· Engagement and reach : impressions, engagement rate, watch time, and shares trending up,
· Monetization : revenue generated through creator funds and platform monetization programs on each page,
· Consistency : a content calendar planned at least one week ahead, every week,
· Insight : weekly performance reports with clear takeaways and recommendations.
