Key responsibilities
Develop strategic marketing plans and integrated omnichannel campaigns across various platforms
Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance marketing performance and implement predictive models for optimization
Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 3-5+ years in Medicare Advantage or healthcare marketing
Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing external agencies
Strong project management and advanced analytical capabilities
