Total Rewards Oracle Fusion Delivery Lead

Allegis Group is seeking a Total Rewards Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules within Global Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Compensation. You will partner with Product and Business Leadership to translate priorities into scalable, compliant platform solutions.
The role drives governance, manages a team of two IS Managers, and leads vendor coordination to ensure quality, schedule, and cost commitments are met.
