Senior Commercialization Lead, Cross-Functional Growth

Interstate Batteries is seeking a Manager, Commercialization to oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects from concept through delivery. You will coordinate teams across Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations to enable faster time-to-market and precise product delivery.
You will also manage the Commercial calendar, develop KPIs, and drive improvements in end-to-end processes while mentoring a team of professionals toward growth and performance goals.
