Marketing Program Specialist

Brightspot Incentives & Events, an Irving-based incentives & events agency, serves Fortune 1000 clients to drive performance improvements and engagement through incentive travel, meeting planning, sales incentive programs, and engagement campaigns.

Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Program Specialist to support client-based sales incentive programs and promotional campaigns. This individual will collaborate with their program team, web developers, graphic designers, and suppliers to support the operational execution of their assigned programs. The ideal candidate for this position offers a well-balanced mix of creative thinking, project management, attention to detail, and customer service skills/experience.

Main Responsibilities

Work with program staff to implement and administer sales incentive programs and promotional campaigns

Provide email and telephone support for program participants

Interact with IT staff to develop and customize program websites

Work with graphic designers and printers to design, produce, and distribute print pieces

Coordinate on-site logistics and event management

Recommend creative solutions and develop best practices

Communicate project statuses to program manager

Minimum Qualifications

Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or related field

2-5 years of relevant experience

Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability in managing multiple/competing priorities

Creativity in written communications and collateral
