What you'll do
Identify and engage potential supply partners throughout the DACH region, focusing on building relationships that foster long-term collaboration.
Take charge of the complete sales process, from the initial outreach to the finalization of contracts, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective activity providers, utilizing strategic outreach and networking techniques.
Negotiate partnership terms and facilitate the onboarding process for new partners to integrate them into the GetYourGuide marketplace effectively.
Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including marketing and account management, to ensure a smooth transition from sales to ongoing partner support.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement within the DACH region.
Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential partners, showcasing the benefits of joining the GetYourGuide platform.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed acquisition targets.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the GetYourGuide brand, enhancing visibility and attracting new partners.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on partner insights to help improve our offerings and service delivery.
Foster strong relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and encourage upselling opportunities.
Requirements
Fluency in both German and English is essential for effective communication with partners and team members.
A solid background in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients or partners.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and consistently achieving or surpassing acquisition goals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify potential growth opportunities.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
