Help Content Creators Shine:

Support online video creators via

Email and Live Chat

with account settings, feature rollouts, and technical questions.

Crack the Code:

Solve inquiries about monetization, channel performance (views & subscribers!), account recovery, and content appeals.

Master the Flow:

Handle 20–25 creator requests per day, leveling up from email to handling 2 chats at a time as you gain confidence.

Vibe with the Team:

Join regular team check-ins, learn new process tips, and celebrate team wins together.

Language Power:

Fluent/Native level in

Danish

(C1/C2) and great working

English

(C1) for team training and internal tools.

Tech-Savvy Vibe:

Decent typing speed (25 wpm with high accuracy), comfort navigating web tools, and an interest in social media/online video ecosystems.

Communication Skills:

Strong written flair—you can turn technical troubleshooting into clear, friendly answers.
