Space & Assortment Strategy Lead

Casey’s is seeking a Manager of Space & Assortment to transform how products are merchandised across Casey’s stores. You will lead the Space, Floor, and Assortment team, drive the Space Planning software transformation, and oversee floor planning, planogram development, and space analytics to optimize store layouts and assortment decisions.
The role requires 7+ years in space planning with leadership experience, and retail experience in convenience, grocery, or related environments.
