Awayday is seeking a Director/Senior Manager of Total Rewards to build and lead compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across their multi-brand platform in the U.S. You will report to the VP of Strategic Design and work with executive leadership and PE sponsors to design and execute value-driven total rewards.
This high-visibility role combines strategy and hands-on delivery, including pay bands, MIP/LTI, benefits architecture, and people analytics.
