Campaign Director

AltaMed is seeking a Campaign Senior Director, Arts Programs to lead a landmark capital campaign. You will design strategy, manage the donor lifecycle, and guide front-line teams to secure 6- and 7-figure gifts within a $500 million initiative.
You will collaborate with the Founding Board of Directors and ensure alignment with timelines, KPIs, and donor engagement across foundations, major donors, and annual giving streams.
