Executing team functions within IU Health Revenue Cycle Services, the full-time RCS Document Specialist will ensure quality standardized work processes and compliance with federal, state, and hospital standards, while being eligible for remote work within Indiana and required to commute to designated facilities as needed.
Key responsibilities
Execute team functions to support revenue cycle operations
Ensure compliance with quality standards and hospital policies
Participate in weekend rotations as required three times a year
Required qualifications
Must reside in Indiana for remote eligibility
Ability to commute to designated IU Health facilities as needed
Experience in revenue cycle services or related field preferred
Familiarity with federal and state healthcare regulations
Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
