Retail Shift Lead: Customer Experience & Team Training

Goodwill Industries of Lower South Carolina (Palmetto Goodwill) is seeking a Retail Store Associate to support donor intake, merchandise staging, and excellent customer service at our SC store.
You will sort donations, operate the POS, uphold safety and training standards, and assist in leading the team in the manager’s absence. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a teamwork mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.
