You will workacross cultures, time zones, and regions tobring our most impactful events to lifeworldwide.

What you’ll do
Lead thelogistics,planningand execution ofa portfolio ofglobal eventseach year,fromcollaborative ideation, execution,through post-event evaluation.
Rigorous project management ofmultiple events simultaneously acrossdifferent stagesof planning and execution, keeping each on track whilemaintainingquality and attention to detail.Planningincludesdetailed project plans, timelines, production schedules, and event run-of-shows.
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with global vendors, including venues, production,AV,transportation providers, and agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery, cost efficiency, and seamless event execution.
Manage onsite operationsat select eventsand serve as the primarylogisticslead.
Ensure operational excellence across all events throughriskmitigation, and contingency planningand ensuringcompliance with procurement, contracting, and finance processes.
Track and manage event budgets.Identifyopportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Implement best practices, templates, tools, and governance processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
4-6years of experience managing large-scale corporate events, conferences, or global meetings.
Flawless project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated experience managing international events with 50–300+ attendees.
Experience managing complex event budgets and vendor negotiations.
Ability to travel internationally (up to 25%).
Experience supporting executive-level meetings and eventsandexperience working in a globaland/orB2B technologyenvironment – is a plus.
