Director General, IAM — Independent Accountability Leader

The World Bank Group seeks a Director General for the Independent Accountability Mechanism (IAM) to lead an independent forum addressing complaints and accountability in WBG operations.
The DG will oversee Dispute Resolution, Compliance, and Advisory functions, manage budgets and staff, and report to the WBG Boards. A strong track record in international development, governance, and stakeholder engagement is essential.
