Retail Team Lead: Elevate Customer Experience

Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to keep a clean, customer-first store. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock merchandise, and perform other duties to maximize profitability and satisfaction. You act as a lead in the absence of the Store Manager and help maintain planograms and safety.
High school diploma or equivalent and six months supervisory experience are preferred, with strong interpersonal skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
