Managing a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth private risk management clients, the full-time Licensed Relationship Manager, Private Risk will deliver personalized client service, provide technical expertise in personal lines insurance, and proactively manage complex risk exposures in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, delivering proactive service and conducting annual interactive client reviews
Review client exposures and provide coverage recommendations while advising on complex risk issues
Act as a market placement specialist, cultivating relationships with carrier partners and ensuring competitive program positioning
Required qualifications
Active Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance with knowledge of HNW carrier contracts and claims processes
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships professionally and responsively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems; experience with Epic preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to sophisticated clients
