Brand and Product Designer

Payra develops enterprise software that helps businesses modernize payments and accounts receivable operations. Our platform combines payment processing, customer payment portals, ERP integrations, AI-powered cash application, bank reconciliation, fraud prevention, and financial automation into a single solution.
As we continue to expand our platform and market presence, we're looking for a Product & Brand Designer to elevate both our product experience and our brand across every customer touchpoint.

As we continue to expand our platform and market presence, we're looking for a Product & Brand Designer to elevate both our product experience and our brand across every customer touchpoint.

Responsibilities Product Design Design intuitive user experiences across the Payra platform.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Maintain and evolve our design system.
Improve usability, consistency, and overall product quality.
Brand & Marketing Design Design graphics for product launches and feature announcements.
Create visual content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, digital advertising, and our website.
Develop sales presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and customer-facing materials.
Design trade show booths, signage, promotional materials, and event collateral.
Produce product illustrations, mockups, and visual assets that support our go-to-market strategy.
Ensure consistency across all Payra branding and customer communications.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in product design, brand design, or a combination of both.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both digital product design and visual branding.
Expert proficiency in Figma.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and modern design systems.
Ability to communicate complex software through clear, elegant visual design.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for B2B SaaS or fintech products.
Motion graphics or animation experience.
Experience with Framer or Webflow.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
Experience creating assets for digital advertising and trade shows.
AI & Design We actively use AI tools to improve efficiency across our business and expect our designers to do the same. AI should enhance the creative process, not replace it.
We're looking for a designer with strong creative judgment who can develop original concepts, build polished interfaces, and produce high-quality visual work beyond AI-generated templates or generic designs.
