Design Director, Women’s Knitwear & Innovation

NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking a dynamic Design Director to lead the Women's Sweaters category across the discount channel. You will oversee knitwear development, drive yarn and stitch innovation, and ensure alignment with brand identity and customer needs.
You will manage a design team, collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, and Marketing to deliver cohesive, market-ready collections, and translate brand vision into commercially successful knitwear.
