You do need the drive, judgment, curiosity, and work ethic to earn responsibility quickly.The OpportunityWe are looking for an Account Management Assistant—an early-career professional ready to learn how high-performing client programs are built, managed, and grown. This role is designed for a graduating college senior or recent graduate who wants more than an entry-level job: you want a career path, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to learn directly from experienced leaders.You will begin by managing lower-complexity accounts while supporting Senior Account Managers and the President on larger, more strategic client relationships.
