Audience Growth & Membership Manager

The Dispatch is seeking an Audience Development Manager to own the day-to-day growth engine for our membership business. You will build campaigns, run paywall tests, own lifecycle email flows, and translate data into decisions while collaborating with senior leadership.
Based in Washington, DC (hybrid), you will touch acquisition, conversion, retention, and reporting with a resourceful, scrappy approach suited to a small team.
