Neighbor is seeking a high-agency individual to own and accelerate our paid creative engine, aiming to make our ad creatives the best-performing asset in our growth stack. You will own the ad creatives end to end: from the first customer insight, through concept, brief, and production, to delivery and the performance readout that starts the next cycle.
This is a true ownership role reporting into our Creative Director.
