CRM Designer, Email & Front-End SpecialistHybrid | 4 Days Onsite (Mon–Thurs), Friday RemoteWe are seeking a CRM Designer with strong email design and front-end development experience to create engaging, high-performing marketing campaigns across email, web, mobile, and digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative design with hands-on HTML/CSS development and thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment.Responsibilities:Design and code responsive HTML email campaignsCreate digital marketing assets, including display banners, paid social, and CRM lifecycle creativesBuild and maintain reusable email templates and design systemsEnsure cross-browser and cross-email client compatibility through QA and testingCollaborate with creative, marketing, and project teams to optimize campaign performanceApply HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to troubleshoot and enhance digital assetsStay current on email marketing trends, AI-assisted design tools, and front-end best practicesRequirements:4–5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM design, or front-end digital designStrong HTML/CSS skills with experience coding responsive emailsExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, or similar ESP platformsProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After EffectsExperience designing display ads, digital marketing assets, and lifecycle campaignsStrong understanding of UX/UI, typography, accessibility, and responsive designExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsIdeal Background: Candidates with experience in CRM marketing, email development, digital design, e-commerce, media, advertising, or consumer marketing are encouraged to apply. Experience using AI-assisted design tools and email testing platforms such as Litmus or Email on Acid is a plus.
