Field Marketing Representative

Motus Marketing is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and are ready to build real-world experience in sales and marketing. This role is all about creating connections, working face-to-face with customers, supporting our clients, and bringing promotions to life all in a retail environment.

As a Field Marketing Representative , you’ll represent well-known brands, introduce customers to a variety of products and services that fit their needs, and help turn everyday interactions into meaningful results. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Represent our clients and their products in major retail locations through face-to-face customer interactions

Start conversations with customers, learn about their needs, and confidently explain available products and services

Build strong customer relationships by providing a professional, personable experience

Learn product and campaign information and communicate it clearly and confidently

Work alongside your team to meet individual and team performance goals

Take advantage of coaching and development opportunities as you build your sales and leadership skills

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar people-focused environment is a plus, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations

Reliable, coachable, and willing to learn

Organized with the ability to manage your time and follow through
